Born and raised in Canada, Dr Castelhano studied at the University of Toronto and later moved to Portugal where she completed her six year Dentistry Degree  LMD (Licenciatura em Medicina Dentária) equiv. DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine). Dr Castelhano has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and adult orthodontics and has since presented her thesis, which was based on studies done in conjunction with two renowned London based prosthodontic and orthodontic Specialists, entitled: “The use of mini implants and orthodontic anchorage”.

She is a Diamond II level Invisalign® certified provider which is the highest accolade awarded to Invisalign providers. Having already achieved diamond provider status Dr Castelhano was already in the top 1% of providers having treated hundreds of Invisalign patients.

Dr Castelhano has also undergone extensive training for the safe administration of Botox and Dermal Fillers with renowned centres: Sinclair Pharmaceuticals (for the use of Perfectha Fillers), Allergan (8 point non-surgical lift with Juvaderm, Voluma, Vobella and Volift as well as facial enhancement such as lips, cheeks and chin), Elanse (bio-collagen stimulator for facial enhancement such as non-surgical rhinoplasty, lips and chin), KT Training Harley Street for Dermal Filler and Botox certifications. She has had positive results from her patients who recommend her natural touch to friends and family.

Dr Castelhano has been offering Botox and Fillers to her patients since March 2014.
