At Malmin we offer a non-surgical nose reshaping procedure known as non-surgical rhinoplasty.
It is a safe, non-invasive alternative to surgical rhinoplasty. It is sometimes referred to as the 15 minute nose job because the treatment involves only dermal filler injections to reshape and sculpt the nose.
What do dermal fillers do?
Dermal fillers can be used in several ways to straighten nasal curves or bumps, or to plump out areas or dents that could have been caused naturally or in an accident. A tip projection can also be carried out whereby filler is inserted into the tip of the nose, giving it a lifted appearance, which results in better symmetry and more defined contours of the nose.
This treatment is an excellent, affordable option for people who want to change the shape of their nose but do not want surgery. Results are instant; there is no downtime, no general anaesthetic and no prolonged healing.
When to choose non-surgical rhinoplasty:
Benefits of Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
One of the major benefits of opting for non-surgical rhinoplasty is avoiding the risks associated with surgery. In many cases there is no downtime or recovery time required at all. This means there is no painful congestion, no uncomfortableness and no dramatic looking bruising and swelling.
The procedure is much quicker
Whilst not all issues can be corrected non-surgically, ones that can be corrected are often completed much quicker than with a regular nose job, and non surgical rhinoplasty is often referred to as the 15 minute nose job because it can be completed so quickly.
The procedure is very safe
Another fantastic benefit of non-surgical nose reshaping is that it’s incredibly safe as we use only a slight amount of local anaesthetic. There is much, much less bruising, and there is no need for stitches or dramatic looking bandages either. Most people are even able to return to work or to whatever they were doing beforehand on the same day.

Why have Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?
The nose is the face’s central feature, which means its appearance has a significant effect on facial aesthetics. Since the shape, contours and tip of the nose strongly define its character, surgical alteration or reduction has been very popular in the past. However, due to the known complications, risks and recovery times that are associated with surgery, this is becoming less popular.
This is where the new, safe, non-surgical alternative to nasal surgery comes in. The procedure involves injecting dermal fillers into the crucial areas around the nose, altering its overall shape and resulting in a straighter nose.
If you are unhappy with the shape of your nose, have an unattractive bump or dent, or are simply looking for symmetry, non-surgical rhinoplasty can fix this.
How much does it cost?
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty is priced at £299. The consultation is free.
